The Matrix Online Server Emulator

I am stuck at the part where you put in your handle, blue pill first name, blue pill last name, etc.
Once I finish I click accept and it will tell me "Session Certificate Approved" and then I can't do anything. I saw in a video you have to pad out your name with zeros, so I made it SkelterHelter000000000000000000 but I get the same thing.
Does anyone know what my problem is? and hopefully how to fix it :/.
