resolution of this problem is done
by installing the microsoft visual c++ 2010 sp1 runtimes
available here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...px?id=8328
(in fact, the thread right below this one, describes the same problem)

This is not the solution for me.

I had readed that post and realized that I had installed these components yesterday, before post this issue. However, I reinstalled and I still have the same problem ... ¬

attach dxdiag
Attaching from the client directory...

Maybe you need some specific section of DxDiag? It is in the other file.

You can't run mxo on that "graphics card"
you can try making an empty text file called rd3d_disable in the matrix client directory
doubt it would help, though
rd3d disable did not help.
