how do I caves

Caves in an exile hideout in Westview somewhere.

Caves dont exist, dawg, if you choose that you wont get past the loading screen, so it's not that

What do I have a faulty memory or something? Yeah I know the exile hideout through the blown up wall in the basement of a building, but could have sworn there's an isolated, exitless cave area in 'Caves.' Or was that some tasteewheat hack? I think that's what it was. Haven't seen it in eons.

Didn't know there were caves, just in mega city

It was an exile hideout. They broke all the rules and were more like dungeons than any other part of the city.
