is what it says when i try to launch the emulator. did i do something wrong?

i followed all the instructions. picked the correct directory and such. launcher is up and under status it first reads getting server info then after a few seconds it tells me the error parsing server info. sorry i know that really isnt anymore info than i gave before
are you running it as administrator ?
other than that, you might be behind an internet proxy or something and thus cannot play the matrix online
yeah i tried running as administrator as well.
ok got passed that finally! stupid error on my part ha well now when i go to log in it says authenticating....failure (TCP_TIMEDOUT)
