The Matrix Online Server Emulator

So, I downloaded the client, installed the MxO test server thingy and I got in-game. So I started creating my character and when I get to the part to choose first name, last name and handle I do it all and I click "ACCEPT". But it doesn't do anything...
So what do I do???
