Buteforcing the server?
:S wtf?
We would have more lucky bruteforcing the packets received from both sides... and that would take.. ummm lets see... ummm years. So bruteforcing anything from servers, apart from being illegal and doing nothing will take..... forever (when we have 15 days).
Recreating from lowest part of packet sending/receiving encryption and it's done.
It's far from being able to play, of course.

Welcome by
Yeah, we are working on it (working gif space xD).
We (at least I) would like a debugger/reverser help xD. We got our local c++ guru xD.
But it's holyday time.. bit lazy xD

check out the SVN , rajko and morpheus got the Auth Server dynamically fully working
World packets are a bi*ch , we have to collect packets as much as we can now...
However i can say this is the biggest progress in the Emulation History of mxo and we have to thank rajko and morpheus for it.
I sit on the world packets to try to understand them..but many of them are very hard (for example a simple moving packet..i have to figure out how server sends the coordinates but there is nothing that matches to /Whereami or is similar to the client coordinates).
I want to figure out this, cause it is necessary just for stupid jump and hyperjump calc.

Although getting auth working is a pretty important milestone it is just a small part of the emu...
Now they can start trying to emulate the actual game... so don't expect it to be anywhere near ready anytime soon.

neo, all coordinates are in the same format as the ones in the pblip files, that is a double floating point precision
