Dude, chill out. Read through this thread: http://mxoemu.info/forum/showthread.php?tid=1929 for some clue of whats going on. There is a lot to do before he even starts on the world, but Rajko can comment on that if he wants to.
Come into IRC, idle there, and read as things get posted. You will see that he has a done tons of stuff, with only a billion things left.
In the meantime there is the EMU server to log into if you want some mixo sightseeing.
