I haven't seen anyone reach Level 1 yet, but here is Level 2. You must complete Level 1 to advance to Level 2:

I happened to be strolling around, not even attempting to find this, but then I remembered this forum post.
So I had to go find the location for level one which took a lot more time. I found a couple stores, but it took longer to find the one with the sale sign. So boom. Level 1 and 2 done.



I propose this location for level 3. It's a grocery store in Mara, but it has to be the one with that NPC with the '88' on her shirt: http://i.imgur.com/ehTqQ0W.jpg
