Also I highly recommend the
MxOEMU Guide for Dummies by Hashtag, it's a great way to get started. It might honestly help you to use the guide to get yourself a character and jacked in, exploring Mega City before you check out the FAQ linked above, because you'll inevitably come up with those questions as you're running around the city.
