Well let me share some powerplants and their programs, Machine city is the cannon program aka the mega city, the Japan powerplant is more closely related to a neon cyberpunk life series 3 pods as seen in artistic freedom, Russia's powerplant is underground close to earth core and follows the design close to the fetus fields they follow the same program of mega city but with a suburban sub program, New York is mainly submerged and is the second populated after machine city, the progams rang from 1920s noir, to historical 2011 NYC. Last plant is LA that program is an endless casino. There are developments of a new crop and plant in Texas thats based on cowboys and natives but the bugs are being worked out.

Certainly, after the bombing, Manhattan was mainly destroyed. Course we didn't leave the rest of the city citizens to die, the ground team os sentinels and harvesters collected the remaining humans and started to implant their ports. After that it was mainly terraforming, radiation wasn't a problem we avoided building in that area til it was cleared. After the humans were taken we started building the towers, 167 to be accurate, of series 2 pods, and making the fetus fields in what was called Long Island, but after the first hundred years of this the population boomed, and so we started to used underwater powerplants and its still thriving. Currently our numbers are at 239 towers of series 2 pods within the bronx, Staten Island, and Brooklyn areas, and 639 underwater models off the shores of Manhattan and Long Island

Series 2 pods are the pods neo and are seen in machine city, sorry I didn't clarify that, but the tank pods in world record, are called series 4, they are used mainly on batteries that are active within the matrix, athletes and heavy labor workers. Their bodies move more sporadically and forcefully then the usual twitches and and light movements of the non athletic battery. As for Los Angeles, series 3 pod as seen in artistic freedom, more secured and less likely to be self awared, pods are fully glass containers with more hard wiring to the headjack, negative side to this is limited access to the batteries from a docbot.
