The Matrix Online Server Emulator

The game fails to authenticicate my account.

I login, it goes through all the average crap, monolith made this etc, then boom, sends me to this window, press ok it closes, cant submit problem, not it does it when trying to login, but still goes into the whole monolith made this business.

any ideas?

Edit, do not know if this will help, but im using the disk install, wonder if that is affecting it?

You can not use a disk install, as it's an entirely different version of the game from when Monolith had it, and not when SOE had it.
