When I log in it loads normally, then after "loading character" it says "Waiting for Region Server". Is there something I have to download, like, specific server patches within the test server or something?
Are you logging in through MxoEmuTestServer.msi?

Yeah that one. Make sure you're running it as administrator, and make sure you don't have some firewall or something.

Still didn't get past "Waiting for Region Server"
What about your game install? Is it from the download on the main page as well?

Delete everything.
Start from scratch following the directions extra slow and careful.
