i open MxoEmuTestServer.msi and launch but the same problem

You need a graphics card to play the game.

i have intel 82945g express chipset family

protip: if it starts with "intel" or "via", it's not a graphics card.

You definitely need a graphics card. You probably can't play other games with the same required specs, can you?
