I recently felt that I have almost left strength to cope with permanent apathy. My psyche was so crashed with stress that I could not miss anything. And then I decided to appeal to a psychiatrist. It is worth noting that the term "psychiatrist" is still scared for many people. It is not surprising, nobody taught us to be "not as all", "feel suppressed", to experience a lack of forces - it is also part of life. Especially now, when people are ill with COVID-19, then recover, but about a month and a half experience a post-shock syndrome, which provokes the same apathy and depression. They, in turn, do everything in order to pick up our thirst for life. Nobody taught that a psychiatrist is the same doctor as a traumatologist or cardiologist.
