When I did it for reality, it started to run the program normally. But when I right-click run as admin for matrix2.bat, a message box comes up saying: "Do you want to make the following program to make changes to your computer?" Sounds like the patched files were corrupted when you downloaded them, try installing a download manager and re-downloading that .7z file. This happened to someone before and that's what fixed it for them when we went through everything.
