Hi,
I went through recreating MB, and pressed 'Accept', now stuck on the screen. Session certificate approved is on there as well.
Glitch?

You don't use the in-game character creator. Please read the mainpage carefully at http://mxoemu.info
You have to create an account on the main page (in the upper left hand character) and then edit your character information there.
Check the FAQ linked in my sig for more info.
