In those three years we have seen new game launches with great fanfare. I played SWTOR for a while and stopped playing with 70+ days on my sub. Never would have happened in Megacity. Played until 1 Aug 2009 and would be there still. Never a question of letting a sub run out. 1/5 of BIOWARE's budget would have done awesome things for MxO. Oh and by the way SOE customer relations and GMs ended up being way better than what Bioware has now. Still don't like SOE overly but they ain't the worst think BIOWARE's are.

Well they failed there too - after raping MxO to develop "The Agency" that blew up before being finished.
