I just tried getting on to the standalone version for the first time in a few months. After loading I get the following error message at the Loading character status:

Let me know if I need to provide any more information. Thanks in advance.

Did you change the servers in your useropts back to the ones for localhost?

I haven't changed anything in useropts. What should it be set to?

When you were connecting to the live servers and installing the patches to do so, it changed your useropts. Edit it and change the following:

AuthServerDNSName = "localhost"
MarginServerDNSSuffix = ".local.mxoemu.info"

That oughta do it.

Ok, finally had the time to try it again. My useropts already has this in it. So I kept it the same, tried to log in and got the same error message. here is what my useropts says:

Quote:AuthServerDNSName = "localhost"
MarginServerDNSSuffix = ".local.mxoemu.info"
UseLaunchPad=0

# Turning the matrix loading off (green lagin symbols)
WR_MatrixView_Min_T = -1.0
WR_MatrixView_Max_T = 0.0
