I am curious to know where this project is at. I have been catching up on development and lots of work has been done then all of a sudden i find the team is split and nothing since. There was supposed to be a release in december and its now april.

RE: Still alive? - QuiDormit - 06-04-2010

The project has split. Rajko is the one working over here. Morpheus and Neo up and left with their Python-ness and essentially started over from scratch.

Their project is here:

As an aside, these people are working on this in their spare time (for FREE). I believe all three of them are in some form of College/University, and they also have lives. I'm just saying, even if Rajko was working on this full time, it would still take a considerably long time to get thing working.

I feel your pain. I've tried a lot of other MMO's, and none are half of what MXO was. Not in community, and not in the depth that it sucked me in. Total suck, but that's just how it goes.

RE: Still alive? - Neo VII - 06-04-2010

You missed it. Test Server is up and running here for this site/community.

RE: Still alive? - Zenom199 - 06-04-2010

yeah i got that, downloaded files and waiting for Rajko to make an account for me. Will prolly take a few days. Will be good to catch up with old friends ingame, if only for chat.

RE: Still alive? - Neo VII - 06-04-2010

Yea, I usually window the test server, which causes the music to glitch out, so I just play the MxO music through itunes or my ipod. Let me find the link to the thread with the music tracks.

Here, enjoy: http://mxoemu.info/forum/thread-119.html?highlight=mxo+music
