when i open mxo69.bat
it goes to character selection
ok then i do what i do
then it gets stuck on the scene showing me PLEASE HELP1!!

You're opening the wrong file, man.
mxo69.bat is for mxoforums.com.
go to http://www.mxoemu.info
follow the steps there.
