I have some game development experience in C++ and could adapt that to other languages. (Currently @ NEIT for my Bachelors in Game Development ) So If the team is looking for a new member I could be of assistance (Probably even more-so in the next few years)
-- Might want to look at Multi Theft autos open code for some help and inspiration on how to work this project. They have worked wonders.
My best suggestion to you is look at the code and see what you can do. Also, look at the Wiki on that link, if I recall, it should have something about making commits and Rajko will approve/deny them as necessary.
