Mistakes in Downloading

im probably the only idiot that did this but when i was downloading the 7z file i made it open in internet explorer instead of unpacking it like a normal file how can i convert it back to a normal file for extraction and use

Did you install 7-Zip?

If so:

Right Click --> 7-Zip --> Extract files...

Profit.
