crash to desktop after loading

ok everytime i login to tha game and press accept my screen goes black den it goes back to my desktop instead of takin me to the game. do any1 know why and wha can i do to fix it?

please state your system configuration, size of matrix online client folder in total, and paste the contents of rd3drender.log (which is in the matrix online client folder)

I've got the same problem.

MXODirect3DDevice9::CreatePixelShader() error -2147024770 disasming shader
MXODirect3DDevice9::SetPixelShader() could not detect creation of 0a283020
MXODirect3DDevice9::CreatePixelShader() error -2147024770 disasming shader
MXODirect3DDevice9::SetPixelShader() could not detect creation of 09cd3020

My folder is a little over 6GB. I'm running a powerful 20" laptop. Handles high end games ok. Should be able to run MXO no problem.

I have added a missing D3D dependency dll into the patchset
Please try again (my launcher should download an additional file next time you run it)
