Not Sure If Correct area

So I finally got around to downloading this... and I downloaded, updated, and it worked. I created a character, and as i hit accept on it, it said the normal (sending submission, submission accepted) and then it did nothing. It hasn't frozen, as the graphics are still moving about, but it does nothing else. Am I doing something wrong, and if I am, let me know... or is it something else???
