MxoEmu Testing Server

So, I'm able to log in and run around. But any time I attempt a change to my character, I get a little stopwatch icon for my mouse - and nothing happens. I can't click anything after that.

I'm able to open windows by hitting the appropriate hotkey, but the mouse ceases to function within the game.

alt+f4 and logging back in makes the mouse work again, but i recieve the same problem the next time I make a change.

So far I have:
attempted to wear a jacket I found in my char's inventory
attempted to assign my attribute points
attempted to use a hardline to change my loadout (doubleclicking to remove a skill)

I did. Twice. There was quite a bit about door nonsense, a bit about clothing, a bit about quick-login, and nothing about this problem. So. If you care to point me to the forum where this IS, I'd be wonderfully happy and 100% less snarky.

Look, let me put it simply for you:

This is an emulator. There are NO abilities, NO combat, NO NPC's, NO inventory usage, NO items whatsoever, NO hyperjumping, NO crafting.

You can chat, you can do emotes, you can run around.

That's it.

This shit takes TIME.

K, that's an answer that makes sense I haven't seen any posts yet saying what works and what doesn't, i went straight from the news that the test server is open to this thread. My apologies.

hello.
i have a problem. the first time i jacked in, mxo worked just fine... now however...

the GUI and the RSI just shows up for a second or something then disappears.

might be related to starting coords? what would be a safe coord to start from?

I teleported to you and you were fine. Teleport to Mara C. Above mara c is 170 25 40, just jump to fall to the ground. Use &gotopos

Jumping won't fix that problem. I get that exact problem around 50% of the time I log in. The only thing to do is log out, wait until the server removes you (about a minute or two) and then try again.
