Client.dll problem

Okay, so I'm new, and I download and installed everything, and when I'm want to log in, this message pops on:

The file client dll could not be setup properly.
No available render modes were detected.
The application is now shutting down.

I tried everything, installed DirectX, and Microsoft Visual C, but nothing works. Am I do something wrong, or what? By the way, I'm under Windows 7 Home Premium.
