As Syn said - probably not.

Use the teleport tool, teleport yourself a little above the ground - then you can walk through the doors and walls into buildings and clubs. Well, most buildings - some you cant because they are reserved for mission areas. Its possible to enable those, but difficult. And there are enough other interior areas that you should be able to keep busy anyhow.

does anyone know how to use the teleporter thing to get me off the ground and back on. (coordinates i mean)
