you can cut and past into in userops or another trick is to paste it into one of the auto_cfgs files: like autoexec_config_high_high.cfg, so when you go to change the settings in the advance settings it adds them.
The auto cfgs files is also where some are placing there cloths and hair settings, but a lot of that is guessing with numbers.

#shows loadout ie awakened, 1 means on, 0 means off
