some suggestions:
i would use a bit brighter colors for the background (the image itself is great)
the matrix logo also needs some color imo

for the buttons:
maybe make them a bit transparent
the captions should have some color
(maybe deus ex website style? - deusex.com)

I made the background brighter, added some colour to the logo and the buttons, i made the buttons look a little more like manics, hope you like the improvements guys!

Now that you made the city lighter, I think the buttons ghost / outline needs to be a different color. Maybe that blue-that's-almost-purple that's on the first Matrix movie cover art?

Yeah i saw the cover i know the colour your on about, are you talking about changing the button to this colour or the text?
