Aidalen, on the main page, log in and then click your name. There should be a character creation page.

Sure can; it's quite easy, though there will likely be some trial and error.

Facial features can be changed and seen on the right before committing them to your character. The clothing choices are thoughtfully detailed, but are an abbreviated selection of the original options. Still, pretty decent!
