Exiles - General

I didn't get to play MXO that much when it was alive and kicking. Can anyone shine some light as to who "The General" was and what was his purpose in MXO events? Did anyone actually interact with him during events, what was he like?

Do not try and play The Matrix Online as you used to. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. There is no Matrix Online. Then you'll see, that it is not the The Matrix Online that is getting played, it is only yourself.
