I only used /stuck once ever and had it actually do something.
Somehow I spawned underground once when I logged in. I used /stuck, and it moved me up about a story, but I was still stuck in the floor. I tried to use it again, and it failed. That was pretty much that. I logged and then when I came back, it worked.
Go figure.
