For whatever reason... my graphic card changes resolutions on its own sometimes. so what I think happened is my resolution changed to like 1440 x 900 without me realizing it and the client didn't recognize it which resulted in the " failed to properly setup the rendering device" error, I guess. When I went to nvidia settings I noticed the wrong setting and changed it back to 1024x768 which is what I usually use when I play MXOemu and I got it working!
