Hah. That's kinda neat. My first thought with the white item was something like the organization abilities. Took a minute to remember that a white square is mxo default for "item thumbnail not found."

gil can be there asap MajTom. we got the packet that plants her into the world. Also for some npc like he (cashman, spark, ...).
And dunno about area attacks, but probably. with the current knowledge of packets, we know that the scanning thing and so are mostly UI packets sent unordered in protocol 4 while all combat and skills are in protocol 3.
Replay uses protocol 3 for movement and combat... so i bet that yes...
