I wish this project the best of luvk. I suggest you guys check the SWGemu team they may be able to help with packet data etc as they emulated SWG which was SOE

MxO was crafted by Monolith, not SOE tho.

unfortunately i haven't skills for help but I give you courage to do it. I think that people can announce this page in other sites on the web for get reputation and easy access.
