This matrix online emulator is a team recreating the matrix online from when it went down, at this point there is a test server that you can use, emulators take alot of time,
http://mxoemu.info/ this website has the instructions to download and install this version of the emulator, there was one complete team working on it but it split, resulting in this forum over here and this one http://mxo.hardlinedreams.com/forum/index.php <- over there
http://mxoemu.info/ <- on this emulator you cant level up, there's no combat, and hyper jump and things, just basic running around town and using emotes, they are both working progresses

Sort of, Kid.
There's actually four total projects, not just MxO Emu and Hardline Dreams, though you like to think that our project doesn't exist.
There's also MxO Source ( http://mxosource.com/forum ) and MxO Live ( http://mxoforums.com/mxolive ).
In any event, read the FAQ's (linked in my signature).
There's no charge, this is an emulator, meaning we're emulating the server side. No charge (or else Sony would sue the hell out of us).
