I'm wanting to play but not sure I'm really going to. I pre-bought Guild Wars 2 and if it launched today I don't know that I'd even play. I also bought in to Mechwarrior Online and haven't been playing. Thinking about SOE makes me a little pissed though.

Then don't think about them?
Hard not to think about something when it's something you just read. Perhaps I should have said "Typing SOE" but thanks for picking my nits.
Np np
Why are you mad at them? If its because they shut down MxO, bitch please.
Began with EQ, then SWG and MXO. Laundry list of making the wrong choices. I really can't fault a business for making money, or even doing what they have to do to keep the doors open, but SOE has made some decisions that seem purely motivated by a certain profit margin. For instance, SWG was viable by itself but it just wasn't as big as it should be so they closed down SWG and worked another developer to make SWTOR, which is not all that good, in my opinion. MXO is a classic case of a "game" company taking a brilliant (if flawed) game and planning to flush it down the toilet from the beginning just to try to make more money on another title later. Yeah, I complain too much but I usually do it more when I'm in a foul mood already.
