Open explorer, in address bar type: %APPDATA%/The Matrix Online
copy options.cfg and rename the copy to useropts.cfg
then open useropts.cfg with notepad and make it blank (select all then delete)
after that, add this line: HardwareCursor = 0
and save the file.
