I know this isn't relevant at all but it was so strange. There I was just browsing IGN watching video's and then I come accross this:

And I realise... Ive seen that guy before, I went to the youtube link on here and Found Jason Hall as the CEO for Monolith. Is he doing some sort of show for IGN now?

This may be old news but I was so confused when I saw him on IGN haha, I guess it must be his new job now or something. Or maybe it's a totally different person who looks and sounds exactly like him...
