That was done by a player named trilateral, aka 33.

That guy has done a TON of mixo inspired art, and he has some skills. I can find more stuff of his if you are interested. He commissions them all, and while it's fair pricing for art, it ain't cheap.

According to the Matrix wiki, Trilateral was the only player to ever kill Agent Smith, and was given a perpetual flame virus as a result. What a badass.
