gotta say i actually love the blue but agree with qui it just doesnt fit the matrix since the color scheme of the matrix is green and the real is blue, the thumbnails are really sick man great job!

I like were this is going, but shouldn't we stick to traditional Matrix colors /schemes ?

There should be more black and green hue on the screen, less code borders and the buttons should be outside of the box, maybe on top.

If the screen doesn't have to be static I would rotate the agent pic with a few other characters every couple seconds, I feel that would add depth to the overall image.
