Authentication error

Hi all, there's my probleme.

Since 2 days, i try to play MxO, but afters many errors, i decided to ask there.

Here is my message error:

And after a minute of freezing, here is a new windows:

More, there is some launcher that i can launch for exemple, the Matrix69.bat. But when i put my username and pass, there is the message:
"Authentification... Failure (OK)"
I've creat a count here:

And here:
http://www.soe.com/fr/index.vm

But none of the usernames/pass that i put on there see works well...

I have no idea what should i do. If Someone have one...
