How to create/make free camera in MxO

.75 or .80 is standard (I have mine set at .75, but I think .80 was default). You may want to make it 1.5 or 2 to make it better.

Do I put that in place in specific on the document or just anywhere?

Should work anywhere, as long as it's on a separate line. I set mine to 1.5, at 1.0 the top of my head still shows.
