Local Server & Test Server: It's not that hard

Finally work is slowing down enough that I can think about doing this, been dying to get into the test server. I want to keep the local host too for the lulz so this is a great tool.

Q - Compiled Server V2 - I'm unclear whether this is Realitymood or not?
