The older I get the more time I spend on the toilet, that's for sure. Need more fiber.

Fiber One is the way to go, that or bring something to read. I enjoy reading on the toilet while dropping my Hiroshima bomb, though "Start eating right and your shits will treat you right" has always worked for me too.
