Use Hitman Pro like the site I posted suggested to, and ComboFix. More than likely between the two they will get rid of it, ZeroAccess is extremely common and easily removed automatically if that's your issue. You'll probably have to download them from another machine and copy them via USB flash drive. With Hitman, select 'free license' when it asks, just type any e-mail address.

Launcher actually is packed so it will be a false positive on some AVs, add it to a whitelist (disable AV during installation, then after it's placed somewhere add that to the whitelist).
The msi should not be detected as a virus though.

So no idea what he's talking about.

Ok no error message anymore but it's just an infinte loop of it closing and asking me to open to open it again or it brings me to some weird ass page with a bunch of numbers on it
