You've extracted the contents of the 7.6004p_patcher.zip to your MxO directory, and ran launcher.exe?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm getting the same error, not sure what's up yet.

EDIT 2: The domain needs to be renewed, but for now you can add the following entries to your HOSTS file as a workaround:

DO NOT DO THIS reality.lith.thematrixonline.net
DO NOT DO THIS patch.lith.thematrixonline.net

If you are unsure how to edit the HOSTS file:
1) Hit WINDOWS+R to bring up the RUN dialogue
2) Type CMD and hit CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to run as Administrator
3) Type CD DRIVERS\ETC
4) Type NOTEPAD HOSTS
5) Paste the above hosts entries to the end of the file
6) Save, close, and jug in!

The domain name has now been renewed, hosts file modification steps above are no longer necessary. If you've edited your hosts file to be able to connect, you should use the steps above to remove those entries (obviously change step 5 to 'delete the 3 entries you previously added')

The launcher gives me the error popup:

Patch system error (result code -47)
URL open failed. Patch servers down or Internet Connection problem.

Then in the launcher itself, it shows: Received unexpected result code from patcher (0).
