I practiced it a few times. It's tough to land and keep balance, but could probably do it if I practiced it enough. Too bad most of my fights are in a ring rather than a cage.

I was a sparring judge in this tournament, oh, three years ago. I saw this girl, in the middle of the match, back way over into the far corner, take two bounding steps, and perform a flying knee strike to this poor guy's head...Instant KO. They put in his sub, to keep the match going, but never told the sub how the first guy got knocked out. She did the same thing...another KO.
Two KOs, two flying knee strike. I've never seen anything like that.
