It would seem that fate is not without a sense of irony. Though I was
highly active in earlier renditions of the simulation you claim to protect,
my attention was required to be focused elsewhere for a significant
period of time. In that time, much has changed, and much, it seems, has
been forgotten.

As an example of what has been forgotten, I have forgotten my old
name, my old allies and my old enemies. I remember whispers, tempting
whispers. I seek to discover the truth, about my past, and about what
the future may hold.

That being said I must call into criticism the members of this faction
whose audience I seek. Primarily, I seek to discover what has caused
them to go back on their oaths, and allow the simulation, and those
previously connected to it, to become seemingly scattered to the winds.

What is the state of the simulation? It is fractured, a remnant of its
former self. True, those who became famous (and infamous) are well
known, but no system can truly hope to reclaim its former glory without
the perspective of all those involved. This is the best solution possible to
the seemingly contradictory nature of subjectivity and objectivity.

Through my searches in the archives, I have discovered a few names.
Any information regarding these characters, from any source, would be
appreciated. However, do not expect my blind acceptance of any
presented narrative. We all must surely know by now the dangers of
taking the blue pill, and the tactics that can be used to enforce its
effects.
