Your screenshots should be a sub-folder of the matrix online folder (where you installed it).
If the actual problem is that they are all black, did you take the screenshots as JPG (F12) or BMP (shift + F12)?
Another thing you can try is to edit your useropts.cfg like so:
This will set the JPG quality to 100 (maximum) and will place all screenshots in a 'screenshots' folder as a filename called screenshot##.
For example - if your MXO client lives in C:\MXO and you take a screenshot, it would be in the C:\MXO\screenshots folder, with a name of screenshot_0.jpg or screenshot_0.bmp.

I just window my MxO screen in Win 7 - the screenies come out fine.

Why won't screenies work at fullscreen in Win7? Is there a technical reason for it?

Uses obsolete screen grabbing method that depends on some GDI thing that doesnt exist if DWM is used
Rewriting it would be a bunch of work, it's in there deep

The other lady and I did a hyperjump at the same time. It wasnt planned, just pure luck. I took a screenie as we were flying because it was rare that we could pull that off.
